Today's Prayer

Good morning,

COLOSSIANS 3:15-17

"Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts. And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him."

Lord,

You are the head, we are all part of a spiritual "body," which is the church. Teach us to tolerate, love, and support each other so we may experience peace between one another. Amen

Beloved,

We will have conflict, yet seeking peace will help us resolve issues in the context of Christian love. Amen

Stay protected and have a wonderful weekend. 🙏🏾😇😷🙏🏾

Our Trinity Lutheran Church

Trinity Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America or the ELCA. More information about the ELCA is there on our 'About Us' section.

Trinity believes in Grace. Grace is the promise of eternal life and the forgiveness of our sins FREELY given by God through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross. At Trinity we joyfully celebrate the gifts that God has given us, we share in each others' sorrows as broken human beings, and we give thanks to God for this community that allows us to be ourselves and love one another, the World, and God.
